Cucumber is a vegetable rich in magnesium, fiber and potassium, which is very significant mineral for the heart. Fiber is useful as it can regulate cholesterol, prevent type 2 diabetes, control the high blood pressure, and help with weight-loss.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • One and a half tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation:

First peel and then slice the cucumber, crush the garlic and put them in a bowl. Add vinegar and water and mint leaves if necessary.
